Porcelain Disc Insulator

The porcelain disc-type insulator is mainly composed of high-strength electrical ceramics, combined with galvanized steel caps and steel feet. It is a classic choice for traditional high-voltage power transmission scenarios and is suitable for various complex outdoor environments.

Stable insulation performance: The porcelain body is formed through high-temperature firing, with high insulation strength. It has excellent resistance to electric arcs and electric corona, and there will be no insulation aging problem during long-term operation.

Mechanical strength fully guaranteed: The steel caps and steel feet are processed using hot-dip galvanizing technology, which offers excellent corrosion resistance and tensile strength, meeting the long-term load-bearing requirements of the lines. The rated mechanical failure load covers 10,000lb to 25,000lb.

Weather resistance is top-notch: It can withstand extreme temperature differences ranging from -40℃ to +85℃, high altitudes, strong ultraviolet rays, coastal salt fog and other harsh environments, and has a service life of over 30 years.
