12KV Fuse Links

SARAH Electric's 12KV fuse links are designed for 12kV distribution systems. We use advanced spray arc extinguishing technology and strictly follow the IEC 60282-1 international standard. The product has fast breaking, high current limiting characteristics, and excellent electrical stability, making it an ideal protective component for modern smart grids and industrial distribution systems.

Equipped with an efficient arc extinguishing tube, it quickly decomposes and produces gas at the moment of fault current generation, forming a high-pressure airflow for longitudinal arc blowing, achieving millisecond level arc extinguishing.

Effectively suppress overvoltage and protect downstream sensitive equipment from transient impacts.

Non detachable head type: Compact structure, 12KV fuse links suitable for installation environments with limited space, cost-effective.

Detachable head type: easy to quickly replace the melt on site, supports single tail and double tail designs, and meets different wiring requirements.

The rated current covers 1A to 200A, with a total of 20 specifications, accurately matching various load characteristics.

K-type (fast) and T-type (delayed) dual characteristics are optional, flexibly responding to complex working conditions such as motor start-up and transformer excitation inrush current.

Installation and maintenance recommendations

Confirm that the rated voltage and current of the 12KV fuse links base match before installation to avoid mixing.

The detachable head shape needs to ensure that the button mechanism is flexible and there is no jamming phenomenon.

The tail of the double tailed fuse should be kept naturally hanging to avoid twisting under stress.

It is recommended to conduct a visual inspection every 12 months, with a focus on observing whether the arc extinguishing tube has cracks or signs of carbonization.

After the fault is blown, the fuse of the same model must be replaced, and the use of non-standard substitutes is strictly prohibited.
